Luckily for him the reserve match was cancelled so he didn't have to drink too much. But ther's always this week........!

An impressive weekends football for all the West Wight players, staff, fans and families. This weekend saw both teams pitched against strong mainland opposition, with the first team being drawn away against the holders Liphook and the reserves at home against Farefield sports.

The outcome was that both West Wight teams battled throughout the matches and rightfully went into the quarter finals, with the first team taking a 0-1 victory and the reserves coming from behind to seal the game with a 4-1 result.
